Both systems continued searching the galaxy for usable combat frequencies… waiting for signals powerful enough to reactivate dormant weapons platforms.

Then a movement happened. Late-night pirate radio transmissions. Underground battle rhymes. Raw analog tape culture. Aggressive frequencies echoing through New York streets.

The signals were unlike anything in either archive. Unpredictable. Rhythmic. Militant. Unified.

TELETRAAN routed the frequencies through a newly refurbished BLASTER’s recovery network, rebuilding STEELJAW and RAMHORN as armored audio-combat units powered by rebel transmissions and KILLA BEEZ energy.

The NEMESIS intercepted the transmissions and hijacked the rebel broadcasts, reconfiguring the frequencies with WU aura, restoring SOUNDWAVE and his surveillance division... RAVAGE.. LASERBEAK..

Cold. Precise. Weaponized signal hunters.

As the transmissions evolved and more Bots and Cons re-emerged, human operators were pulled into the conflict... underground warriors outfitted with experimental Cybertronian exosuits synchronized directly to battle frequencies and cassette combat systems.

But hidden somewhere between the signal war… another presence lurks. Observing. Creating.

Other files reference an underground producer reconstructing lost cassette warfare transmissions through experimental audio synchronization systems.

Several corrupted archives suggest something else entirely.

What was he? Human? Machine?
Something else?

At the core, an observer hidden between frequencies.
